Esthetics Diploma Program

Program Description

The delivery structure of the Esthetics Program at MTG Healthcare Academy is a combination of on-campus and hands-on learning that will be augmented with an online learning platform called the “Learn About Beauty” (LAB) by Pivot Point International.

The practical skills are performed on campus in a simulated salon setting with the assistance of highly qualified and experienced instructors. Students will switch roles between Esthetician and client, experiencing how to become comfortable providing and receiving services. Additionally, students put their skills to practice with real clients.

Students will obtain comprehensive information on current facial and body treatments using specialized products, devices, and techniques, supported by an understanding of basic anatomy, chemistry, and physiology.

Students will also be taught effective communication and professional ethics, sterilization and sanitation, salon/spa business strategies, ownership and operations, client service essentials, and guidance in industry-specific career development.
